Message	and they told me it was impossible to spin the gears without using a cheater bar. I told him (store manager) I did it by hand (truth) and he said I was lying, but he would be glad to sell me a new one. I also had two sockets that cracked (I did use an Impact, oops) and he would not do anything with those either. I did not fight, because these were my fault. But, if other people are not getting this, I will call somebody on Monday.
